Privacy
This page explains what ArchviewVR collects and why, in plain words.
People viewing a tour
Tours don’t use cookies and we don’t store IP addresses. To give studios visit numbers and heatmaps we record anonymous visit details: which views were opened, where in the home the viewer stood and looked, time spent, the type of device, the referring website, and the country and city worked out from the connection by our host, Cloudflare.
If a tour asks for your details and you fill them in, your name, email and phone go to the studio and the developer running that tour, so they can contact you about the project. Ask them, or us, to have them removed.
Studios using ArchviewVR
We keep your account details (name and email), your studio and project information, and the files you upload. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Emails are sent through Resend.
Where it’s kept
Account data is stored with Supabase, and files and tours with Cloudflare. These providers may store data outside Australia.
