Walking mode

Walk, don’t jump.

Most tours jump from dot to dot. ArchviewVR projects your renders onto a simple model of the home, so buyers walk smoothly from room to room: a joystick on phones, the arrow keys on a computer, or a tap to glide to the next view.

Real renders

Your renders are the tour.

No low-poly game assets. Buyers see the same high-quality renders you’d send the client, with every material and light just as you made them. When someone stops to look around, the full-size image swaps in so it stays sharp.

3D floor plan

See the whole home at once.

Fly out to a 3D model of the whole place, painted from your renders. Buyers get the layout in a glance, then tap a spot to drop straight back in.

Any device

No fast computer needed.

It streams pictures, not a game engine, so a tour opens in seconds on an everyday phone, tablet or laptop. Nothing to install, nothing to download. Share a link or embed it on the project website.

Analytics

Know what buyers look at.

Heatmaps show where people stood, walked and looked. See time in each room, which devices they used, where visits came from and every enquiry. No cookies, and no IP addresses stored.

Your brand

Your logo, colours, typeface and loading screen, with a looping video if you like. Save a style for each developer and reuse it.

Enquiries

Ask for a name and email before the tour starts, or let buyers skip it. Download enquiries any time.

Hotspots

Point out finishes, appliances and views with pictures, video, prices and links, right where they are in the room.

Display suite kiosk

On a big screen the tour plays itself room by room, and hands over to the buyer with a touch.

Take this tour home

A QR code puts the tour on the buyer’s phone, so they keep walking through it on the couch that night.

Embed anywhere

One line of code puts the tour on the project website. Or just share the link.

Questions

What do I need to make a tour?

Your 360° renders (2:1 equirectangular JPEGs), the camera points file from our 3ds Max script, and a simple model of the floors and walls as OBJ, GLB or glTF. The guide walks you through it.

Which software does it work with?

3ds Max with Corona today. We’re working on more.

Will it work on buyers’ phones?

Yes. Tours open in the phone’s browser, with a joystick for walking. There’s nothing to install.

Can I put a tour on our website?

Yes. Copy the embed code from the project page and paste it into the site, or share the link.

What happens if I stop paying?

The tour pauses and the link shows that it isn’t available. Your renders are kept, and publishing again brings back the same link.

Can I change renders after publishing?

Yes. Drop just the new renders and they replace the old ones. Hotspots, room names and settings stay as they are.
